Hello, my name is Parisa. I graduated from UBC in 2019 and I'm excited to continue my Kinesiology career at Sunstone Physiotherapy Clinic. My goal in active rehabilitation is to help you be proactive with your approach to injury management. I implement a progressive series of exercises based on your goals and needs. My treatment plans are designed to active weak muscles, re-pattern motor control, reduce symptomatic pain and restore your confidence in your ability to move freely.
I'm also certified in Level 1 Functional Movement Screen (FMS), and I'm in the
process of getting my level 2 certification. This screen is very useful for
identifying limitations or asymmetries.
